The latest by Birmingham's Steve Lawler reviewed by yours truly on Resident Advisor....Pretty damn disappointing mix considering how great his previous Lights Out series was. Be sure to read the comments to see how folks were either in love with the cult of Lawler or music fans who also came to the same conclusion I did, (i.e. this is a very predictable and BORING mix).
On an up note expect my Best Of 2007 list, a Commix review, and a write-up of Ben Westbeech's monster track "Hang Around" all before the end of the year on RA to counterbalance the current tide of mediocrity.
