re SOLUTE Miami Pre-Party w DJ Hell & Peter Kruder

On Saturday, March 21st, reSOLUTE presents the New York return of two most influential and prolific artists. DJ HELL and PETER KRUDER (Kruder & Dorfmeister) will be entertaining Gotham after a four-year absence! They'll be joined by two Berliners, ANJA SCHENEIDER and JEREMY P. CAULFIELD. We invite devils and disciples alike to our two-room, "Hell & Heaven" Costume Party, taking you on a musical journey guaranteed to leave you saved, damned, or both. We'll just be frank and say: This is a night you'll never forget!DJ Hell (née Helmut Geierhas) been a driving force behind techno and electro for over 20 years now. Hell was the first to introduce Chicago House Music to Germany, and has evolved it to a style uniquely his own ever since. In 1996, Hell launched International Deejay Gigolos Empire, with over 250 releases to date! This astounding label is home to artists such as Miss Kittin & The Hacker, Jeff Mills, Dave Clarke, Fischerspooner, Tiga, The Psychonauts, The Presets and others. Hell recently finished his third album, “Teufelswerk” (German for “Devil’s Work”), an explicit album spanning two CDs with themes of Day and Night. For “Day,” Hell called on dear friend Peter Kruder to assist in production, while “Night” has been influenced by the raw sounds of Detroit and Chicago. “The album is very personal,” says Hell. “All my knowledge is there…I don't think I can make a better record.” All we have to say is, we can’t wait to hear it.

Peter Kruder is a versatile team player, an artist who can share a spotlight but also keep it for his own. As one half of Kruder and Dorfmeister, one very impressive third of Voom Voom, and one solid whole as Peace Orchestra, he is praised universally for producing some of the finest electronic music in the last 15 years. His DJ sets are legendary, and noted for surprises far beyond what is expected of him. The only thing Kruder leaves on us is to listen!

In Heaven, everyone is equal, and in reSOLUTE Heaven, two of the most profound record label heads, plus two beloved NYC residents, spin their halos side by side. Jeremy P. Caulfield defines his style as a combination of experience, skill, and Promethean ideals. As owner of highly-praised imprint Dumb Unit Records, Jeremy is always on top of the things, ensuring plenty of neuro-minimal to go around. Anja Schneider seems to us the busiest woman around: Owner of Mobilee Records, radio show host, and producer, yet always finding time to tour the world and share her love of music. Mobilee is home to some of the finest minimal artists today, and Anja makes sure it will stay that way for many years to come. Elon has evolved into a high-demand artist with tracks released on seven record labels to date, and will continue this evolution into a DJ who will leave the world speechless. Connie is the first lady of New York City minimal techno with 6 years on the decks, and recently has documented her talent and experience on her first, and very much anticipated EP, on Airdrop Records.

We've put together an incomparable night of sound, but the final piece in this holy/hellacious puzzle is YOU. Delight our eyes as we do your ears, choose as you wish from our themes of Hell and Heaven, and show us your style at this costumed affair. Are you the Princess of Darkness? A demon of the night? A glistening angel? A cherub all in white?

Get ready for a night of sex, fashion, musical piety and utter remorselessness. And regardless your sins, reSOLUTE always forgives.
