Nearly into its first month now and it’s hard to see what we all did with our miserable lives before we had Sausage Sundays. A multitude of comfy furniture, Sunday papers, brilliant visuals, cutting edge live acts an dj’s and a really nice atmosphere all combine to make this a must for any music fan in Liverpool, on top of all that its got the best club name in the country and best of all it’s free to get in. The Toxteth Rebel Alliance organise the event and in a short space of time have managed to transform a smelly basement into the coolest club Liverpool has seen in years. This week alongside the TRA is StephStereo providing the best visuals in the North West , Dogs Pocket providing a weird and wonderful set and the long awaited Vapouriser, whose set sounds like being locked in a children’s music box for 90 minutes. Absolutely fantastic and twisted, expect a return visit in the coming months. There are loads more events planned; this Sunday sees the amazing CMWMDMSM play, keep up to date with the TRA website to check for acts and dates.
